1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders for custom-printed jerseys require additional production time; please allow 5–8 business days for processing prior to shipment.
2. Shipping Times and Tracking
We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated international delivery time is 12–25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.
Once your package has shipped, we will send a tracking number via email. Please use the provided tracking link to check your order status.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Free shipping is available when your order total meets the threshold displayed on the checkout page.
4. Import Duties and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes incurred upon the package's arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are unable to refund customs fees.
5. Loss or Damage in Transit
If your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, providing your order number and relevant photos. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or a partial refund.
